Brand/Product Manager Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for the product planning throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product visions and models, and working closely with presales, sales, marketing and support team to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Brand Manager’s job also includes:

  1. Select brands and models of certain product category to be sold and serviced by the company.
  2. Work with external third parties to acquire partnerships, licensing and opportunities
  3. Training, awareness and product orientation to sales and presales teams.
  4. Avail required tools for support, sales, and presales teams.
  5. Continuously watch market competition and act accordingly.
  6. Tasks during offer and proposal preparation:
    1. Approve brand and model selection.
    2. Review pricing and optimize it
    3. Get additional or further discounts from manufacturers or distributors
  7. Prepare forecast plan and sales achievements quarterly or as requested to be presented to the management team.
  8. Dealing closely with brand manager/representative in Egypt to get more benefits by assigning deals in hand
  9. Look after customer feedback, satisfaction and claims for the brand

The Brand Manager is reporting to Sales Manager or Managing Director


  • Bachelor or Master degree Electric \ Electronic Engineering,
  • Good verbal and written command of the English language (technical terms)
